Is there parking available at the HIAMO Hotel Hamburg-Bergedorf?
Even if you don't have your own parking spot, you can travel with peace of mind—there are convenient parking options right nearby.

Just about 5 minutes away, you can park at the Bergedorf P+R parking garage(Bergedorfer Straße 85a)—open 24 hours a day. Just walk through the S-Bahn station and you’re almost there.

Even closer is the Goldbeck Parking City Center Bergedorf(Weidenbaumsweg 22): just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, open from 7:00 AM to 12:30 AM.

Who is working at the front desk?
We don't have a traditional front desk.

You can check in conveniently at our self-service check-in kiosks.

What's the best way to get to the nearest S-Bahn station?
Just 200 meters from thehotel to the Hamburg-Bergedorf S-Bahn station – you can walk there faster than you can say “Altona.”

Then just hop on the S7and you’ll be at Hamburg Central Station and right in the heart of downtown Hamburg in just 20 minutes—shopping, chatting, it’s all a breeze!
Can I bring my pet?
Of course—just bring your four-legged friend along! Pets Welcome!

For a small additional fee, your furry friend is, of course, welcome to check in with you. It’s completely stress-free and hassle-free.

Your dog is welcome, but please bring his ownfood and water bowls as well as a comfortable dog bed with you.
The guest bed is off-limits to pets.

While you're having breakfast, your dog can relax in the room.

How does check-in work?
Selfies meet self-service: Check-in takes place at the check-in kiosk—fast, digital, and hassle-free.

Host Support: Our hosts are on-site daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM if you need help or have any questions.

Get it done digitally in advance: Check in online before you arrive so you can get started right away.

Starting in June: Load your room key directly into your Wallet—just pull out your phone, open the door, and you’re done!

When can I check in?
Your room will be ready for you starting at 3 p.m.! Arriving early? No problem! Book our early check-in starting at 1 p.m.—it’s easy to book online for a small additional fee.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is officially at noon—but we know that a little extra sleep is sometimes worth its weight in gold. With our late check-out option, you can stay until 2 p.m.—for an additional fee, of course. Just book in advance, sit back, and enjoy the morning a little longer. Flexible, easy, and stress-free.
How often is my room cleaned?
There will be no automatic room cleaning during your stay—this way, we can conserve resources together and enjoy a more peaceful environment.
If you'd like your room cleaned, you're welcome to add this service at any time for a fee.

Where can I find the nearest restaurant?
The nearest restaurant is just a stone's throw away!

In just a 5-minute walk, you'll find some really cool spots where you can treat yourself to some great food.

What are the bar's hours?
Our bar is open daily until 10 p. m.

So feel free to stop by for a drink while the lights are still on!
When is breakfast served?
Our breakfast buffet is served Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
